Last night, spouse brought Mc Do back after work.It was 10 pm I had a Best of Big Mac menu and a Mc Fleury MMS without topping. Barely 2 hours later here I am vomiting everything and having a hell of a diarrhea. With my head spinning and hot flashes I've never felt so bad. Today I still have cramps in my stomach and difficulty eating. It's never over again McDonald's | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps
