McChicken, Nugget Mix-up Illness - McDonald's, Silver Spring Maryland

On Sunday afternoon around 3:45 i stopped in to grab a quick bite before leaving to NYC. I ordered a McChicken and Nuggets (ended up with a McDouble not what i ordered) and a Large fry. I was okay for the ride and once i got to NYC i had severe diarrhea, and stomach cramps. i will NEVER eat at a McDonalds ever again it is now Tuesday and I am still facing extreme Diarrhea and cramps. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
