I was with my mum and godmother out for a shopping trip when we went to McDonald's to pick up some lunch. I ordered the chicken selects meal this was around 11am on Saturday. I felt fine until about 8:30pm. I started to get rally bad stomach cramps and feeling really sick. I went to bed to see if I could sleep it off when I woke at 10:30pm to horrible diarrhoea, I went back to bed and almost instantly I projectily vomited everywhere. I haven't eaten anything different to my mum or godmother from the last few days apart from these chicken selects from McDonald's. I haven't stopped being sick or having diarrhoea since!! My symptoms are starting to die down now, it was horrific!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
