Lunch time Saturday Sept 29, 2018. My five year old was 100% fine all morning. Bought a Happy Meal. He ate the yogurt first and before he could get anything else eaten, he projectile vomited all over the car. Emptied his stomach completely then no other symptom. No headache, no fever, no diarrhea, no malaise. My sister-in-law says her 6 year old puked the last 3 times she had McDonald's yogurt too. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Fever, Diarrhea
