McFlurry Illness: 3 Kids Sick - McDonald's, England

3 of my children had a mcflurry only item they all had the same .
1 started within the hour - 2 others started having cramps etc on journey home and 2nd child was extremely sick within 2 hours. 1st child had been really sick 7 times in 3 hours. 3rd child rolling in pains but sick about 5 hours later. One of our other children had a cookie and thats why I think its the mcflurry. This happened today 17th September 2023. Mc Donald’s, Cornwall services, Roche, Cornwall. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
