Within 2 hrs of eating a McCrispy i had stomach cramps and sickness throughout the night. Still felt ill next day. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps

It was probably that “RMHC Out of Scope VAT” you got charged 2 cents for. On the serious side, McDonald’s foods make many people sick and even though there have been several settlements, people still eat there. Best defense: take fast food off your menu.
