I ate a Mc chicken last night from mc Donald’s and about 45 min to a hour later I started feeling very nauseous sore and uncomfortable the next hour I was vomiting almost fever filling but no fever but throughout the night I woke up vomiting and then the diarrhea has started I feel terrible I hope this does not get any worse and gets better soon | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
