McCrispy Sickens Two Customers - McDonald's, England

18.9.23 A McCrispy from McDonald’s There was around 7 of us who ordered. Two of us, me and a work friend were the only ones to order a McCrispy. This was clearly what made us sick. The chicken was very hard and both of us had literally nothing to eat before this point. After this point I also didn’t eat anything so this clearly indicating the McDonald’s at least is the cause. My friend I didn’t see as he was at home being continuously sick but he also said he didn’t eat anything on returning home. None of sought medical attention and while I’m still suffering a little from diarrhoea and stomach pains/gripyness as is my friend. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
