Big Mac Discomfort: Symptoms - McDonald's, Erstein Grand Est

I went to MacDonald's and ordered a Big Mac menu
It was lukewarm and didn't taste the same as usual, I didn't pay much attention to it. I had a stomachache all afternoon coming home in the evening I went to the bathroom and I had chills, diarrhea +++++ liquid and then I vomited.
