I ate a double pack menu today with BigMac and nuggets. I've been sitting on the toilet for over 1 hour with extreme diarrhea, stomach cramps, etc., I feel extremely dizzy and nauseous. Since I didn't eat anything else today, unfortunately it can only come off. And that's watery diarrhoea + food that hasn't even been digested yet. Unfortunately it wasn't the first time either. My best friend ordered exactly the same menu today and is now complaining about the same complaints. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Dizziness
