I ate yesterday for my lunch around 1:00 as soon as I got back to work nausea started , chills, later vomiting and diarrhea. This morning I have gone to the hospital and they said there was no test specifically for food poisoning but all my results came clear except a stomach infection. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
