My grandma, my mom and I picked up something from McDonald's yesterday after Vabali. My mom and I have a McFlurry with chocolate lentils and chocolate sauce and my grandma just a cola. I already had my stomach ache at 0:00 but much earlier. My mom was spared around 4:00 in the morning because she didn't eat ice cream. I am still vomiting every half an hour and have diarrhea at the same time. Unfortunately, so does my mom. We're sure it was probably the ice cream. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
