Kids Sick After Nugget Meal - McDonald's, Waterford Township Michigan

2:30 pm on April 7. Ordered two kids happy meals chicken nuggets and an additional 20 piece. 3 year old woke up at 5:30 crying and has been throwing up and diarrhea fir 12 hrs now can’t keep anything down. 6 year old started the same at about 7:30 and still can’t keep down fluids. I add m also presenting with severe gastric problems. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Gas
