45 minutes after I ate my meal at McDonald's, I had such severe stomach pain and cramps, then there was a short rest, half an hour later I had to go straight to the toilet and had diarrhea, during which time I felt dizzy I was extremely sweaty I was nauseous and finally vomited. After that it was gone again but I wasn't feeling so well all evening | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
