It had only Mayonnaise and chicken. Shortly after he finished eating it, he started feeling sick and he was fine All day before that now he's constantly throwing up since 6:50pm 12/13/25 Onset: Right away Duration: Less than 4 hours Sick: A loved one my son Additional information: My son was doing just find all day and right after eating mcdonald's spicy mc chicken , he started throwing up immediately at mcdonald's bathroom and then has been throwing up since Im not okay with this and something needs to be done , because that's too long for him to be put puking | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
