Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, other: Other Suspected source: He had a spicy mc chicken from McDonald's. It had only Mayonnaise and chicken. Shortly after he finished eating it, he started feeling sick and he was fine All day before that now he's constantly throwing up since 6:50pm 12/13/25 Onset: Right away Duration: Less than 4 hours Sick: A loved one my son Additional information: My son was doing just find all day and right after eating mcdonald's spicy mc chicken , he started throwing up immediately at mcdonald's bathroom and then has been throwing up since Im not okay with this and something needs to be done , because that's too long for him to be put puking | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
