I ate a McDouble at about 8pm on Monday November 12th, 2018. About 3 hours later started having stomach cramps and pain then vomited the entire night into the next morning. Went to ER and because of all the vomiting had a hole in my esophagus that was allowing air to escape into my chest cavity. Still in the hospital on Nov. 14th. Still have some diarrhea and fever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
