I got a big mac from mcdonald’s around 12 and then ate it. Immediately I felt funny but I thought it was just because I ate so much that night. So I went to sleep and woke up around 3 in excruciating pain and had to run to the bathroom and threw up about 5/6 times. I couldn’t get off the floor it was so painful. I told my roomate and we almost went to the hospital. F**k you mcdonalds!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
