Saturday, April 26, I ate two items from McDonalds late at night. About thirty minutes later I was nauseous and threw up. I then proceeded to have the worst stomach cramps imaginable and every ten minutes would have to throw up and diarrhea, all while having chills. The next morning I experienced the same symptoms, now with body aches and a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
