Felt fine all day, went to Mcdonalds at about 9PM on Thursday February 16th, then a couple of hours later had terrible diarrhea and stomach pains, accompanied by nausea. Threw up 4 times at 5AM. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
