At 9 p.m. I ate a quarter pounder deluxe meal and had a yogurt parfait. It is now 1 a.m. and I have severe cramping vomiting and diarrhea. If it does not stop I will seek medical attention. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
