Bought a double quarter pounder around 1pm EST. When I got home to eat, I noticed the fries were unusually cold for a 5 minute trip between my home and McDonalds. My double quarter pounder beef looked a little dry and dark. Trusting McDonald's safety standards, I ate a few bites of both my burger and fries before stopping halfway. The meal was just to dry and cold to enjoy. Within 3 hours I began having horrible stomach pains. My body began sweating uncontrollably. Then i had instense Diarrhea, vomiting, severe sweating and nose bleeding simultaneously. I haven't been sick in years and I've never experienced a nose bleed before. I am certain that my symptoms were caused by the McDonald's burger I ate. I still have the rest of the burger, fries and proof of purchase.
