I ordered my food like usual, 10 piece chicken nugget meal. The day after I got sick so much and more sick than usual when it comes to McDonald’s or fast food in general. This is the second time this has happened. Same location same time of the evening and same onset of symptoms and the way it occurred | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
