Now, Mcchicken sandwich Just me. I was the only one who had a mcchicken. I had nothing else that day. Ate around 6pm yesterday. Wake up in the night time with cramps. It 630pm the next day and I feel like dying with sever cramps diarreah vomiting and nausea. The mention of any food makes me feel sicker. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
