I just ate McDonald’s 2 hours ago and my stomach and my daughter’s who also ate it started hurting out of the blue really bad. Then there was uncontrollable gas. Next I’ve been on the toilet with watery food particle diarrhea for over 30 minutes as I type this and scared to get up. I’m DONEEE with McDonald’s!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
