I bought the McMuffin meal deal this morning and i ate it 2 minutes after buying it. It took suspiciously long to make as I was the only customer waiting for my order. After i ate it, it felt a bit soft compared to previously and later on during the day i started getting cramps in my stomach and a need to fart. Later on during the evening i had diarrhoea and consistently needing to stay on the toilet seat. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
