Ordered a 10 piece McNugget meal with a sweet tea. I have had this meal before with no issues, I usually cook but felt horribly tired after work. Was very bloated after eating the meal. (As expected as it isn't very nutritional.) However at around 12 am I woke up with intense sharp gas pains and stomach cramps and a bubbling gut. I had eaten this meal 3 or 4 hours prior. I had severe diarrhea one time, slight nausea, and stomach pain as well. After passing the stool I felt better but still not at 100% | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Bloating, Flatulence, Stomach Pain, Gas
