On Wednesday 2.10.24 at 1839 ordered chichen rap of the day, I ate most of it, there was burned tough piece I could not chew and it had funny after taste, so I left it and went home, at about 2230 I started getting tummy pains all night, I did not get eny sleep, the next day felt a little better but that night could not sleep 3.10.24 on the 4.10.24 still had slight tummy pain all day, that night I was very sick, symptoms were extreme tummy pains chills, the shakes, urinating every 20 minutes half an hour the next day 5.10. 24 I rang my gp and he said I have food poisoning, he said if symptom continue call back for blood test, I want to report this so it won't happen to enybody else, thank you.. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Chills, Shaking
