Hello everyone, my girlfriend and I flew back from vacation (3 days ago) and wanted to have a bite to eat after the long trip. We ordered McDonald's a McSmart menu for me and McMenu for you and your brother. The next morning (2 days ago) I woke up and noticed how my stomach and anus were already sounding the alarm and I ran to the toilet. I had diarrhea 3 times within 2 hours, my girlfriend and her brother had the same symptoms. I still have diarrhea and severe stomach cramps so far. I don't recommend going to Mcces and avoiding the one at Nuremberg Airport. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
