I was enjoying a trip with my girlfriend and friends. We stopped at a mcdonalds to get some food and four hours later..... i died. vomiting/fever of 101 and i was very dizzy and weak. its two days later and my tummy is still not right... safe to say they lost a customer. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Weakness, Dizziness
