Got a Big Mac from the melrose location McDonald's in Nashville. 4 hours later I was puking. Had the pukes from 11pm-4am then had fever, severe headache, and stomach cramps for next 2 days. I'm on day 3 still had a mild fever this morning and I have watery diarrhea, low volume but it is intermittent and not pleasant. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
