Junior chicken sandwich at McDonalds which was half frozen in the middle - I was the only one who ordered food from there in my family, I had a few bites and noticed the chicken wasn't fully cooked and smelled off.. two to three hours later I got chills followed by a high fever and vomiting for 3 days diarrhea started the next morning after eating and continued on for 3 days until i was hospitalized for dehydration and intense stomach pain I am the only one in my family who got sick and the only one who ate from that McDonalds location | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Chills
