I went to McDonald's for dinner yesterday, after that I got a bit of a headache and this morning I woke up at 5 with nausea and diarrhea. Only I got sick, it started yesterday evening at around 11pm with stomach pain. This morning I woke up with nausea and had diarrhea around 10 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
