Purchased an Angus deluxe burger on Thursday 9/2 at about 7pm. Poor presentation and was not very appetising but ate it as ultra starving. Felt off within moments of eating, by 11pm suffering from severe stomach pains and by 3am woken with diarrhoea episode in the bed which continued in the bathroom and vomiting at the same time. Diarrhoea, nausea and lethargy remained for a further 3 days. Still suffering from lethargy 6 days later. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
