Roughly four hours after eating at McDonald's I was experiencing nausea, massive abdominal pain and was sweating profusely. After around thirty minutes of these symptoms I was vomiting. I vomited four times over five minutes and experienced sporadic severe abdominal pain for the next eight hours.
