Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's, London England

I had a meal with the family. I ordered a Big Mac meal. I was the only one to have that. By the time I got home I had a fever and headache but took it for nothing. While sleeping my stomach felt funny and I was awaken at about 5 am with nausea. I went to get some tea and instead ended up vomiting and with diahorrea. And have been experiencing this all day.
