Big Mac Meal Illness - McDonald's, Grenoble Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

On Monday I ate at Mcdo smh at noon (a big mac menu). Digestion was very difficult and when I got home around 3:30pm I started vomiting. I had to vomit a dozen times from 15:30 to 20:00. It stopped thanks to taking an anti-vomitive. During that time I had a stomach ache and chills.
