We picked up something from McDonald's yesterday evening and ate around 20:00. 4 adults and 1 child, we all currently suffer from nausea, diarrhea and stomach cramps and 2 of those affected spit through the whole night! You also have to say that we 2 of the 4 adults only brought something from McDonald's and had no other contact or overlaps. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
