Big Mac Illness: Weakness, Nausea - McDonald's, England

I ordered a big mac and apple pie and they both tasted a bit funky, I threw them away after having about half of my lunch, 16 hours later I couldn't even walk. I lost consciousness at about 10pm the next day and my stomach felt terrible with cramps, also body weakness, nausea and overall fatigue.
I'd like to point out that the place looked very unclean with rubbish all over the place and the floor was also dirty. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness, Fatigue
