Immediately after consumption on Friday afternoon at 5 PM, February 27, 2026, bloated stomach. We 2 got severe diarrhea with vomiting on Saturday, February 28, 2026 starting at 5 PM. This lasted the entire evening and all night. We are certain it comes from McDonald's, as I otherwise cook for a 4-person family. Only the McDonald's visitors are affected. The other two who didn't eat there are fine. Today March 1, 2026 still have diarrhea. Absolutely terrible what this fast food restaurant has done to us. Since I worked there myself 10 years ago, I know that this chain at the Einbeck location deals unscrupulously with customers' health. Although I had already complained as an employee back then about their handling, the operators and also McDonald's headquarters were not understanding! Disgusting!
