I ate the big mac on sunday Feb 5th at approximately 7pm, by 3 pm i had severe cramping, diarrhea, sweating, chills, and a fever. I had not eaten anything after the big mac so i am positive this is what made me very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
