Had a Quarter Pounder BLT and developed an allergic reaction about 1h afterwards. Tingling/Itchy hands at first, then a super hot, itchy head, then whole body. Got some Benadryl which kicked in about 45min in. At that point I started feeling nauses. Haven't thrown up so much in centuries. Getting better now about 6 hours after... | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Itching

This sounds like mutilpe offer things are at play, please go directly to the hospital and have them check you for signs of stroke, and ask for statins if your LDL is over 190, also make sure to be tested for familial hypercholesterolemia.
