Today around 4.30pm I went to McDonald’s and ordered two double cheeseburgers. They looked extra oily and were made very messily but I didnt think much of it. Shortly after I ate them I started to feel nauseous. It’s now 10pm and my stomach still hasn’t settled I have this urge to vomit. It’s now the following day and I didn’t get any sleep I had 4 runny poos | Symptoms: Nausea
