Lastnight around 8:30 pm I ate a quarter pounder meal from McDonald’s. The burger when I recieved it was warm enough to eat but I noticed it was a bit dry, I’m not picky and ate it anyways and that was a mistake. Around 10:30 before I went to bed I was super gassy. I woke up around 2:30 am with stomach and lower abdominal pain having to consistently use the washroom because I had dirreahea, and each time I used the washroom it hurt.Throughout the night I had lower abdominal pain and it is now 6am and I’m still having to use the washroom. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Gas
