Onset: Less than 4 hours

Sick: Me
Additional information: The McFlurry was the only thing I had that my friends didn’t have (they are not sick), I didn’t eat since 12 noon, and was at McDo around 8pm. My vomit didn’t seem to contain anything but the McDo meal. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
