My husband brought home McFlurries from the McDonald's inside Wal-Mart in Harker Heights, TX on Monday, May 28, 2018 at approximately 7:00 pm. He got one M&Ms and one Oreo. I ate the Oreo flavor. The other foods I had eaten that day were my normal foods we have at home. I tried to get out of bed on Tuesday morning, but I was too tired and felt sick so I went back to sleep until the afternoon. I forced myself to get some things done, but I had lost my appetite, was sensitive to heat, and very tired so I went back to bed until we had to run an errand. I then went back to bed at 8 pm without dinner. I had chills and sweating. My temperature was 101.8. I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. Three days later, I am finally feeling better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
