Additional information: On the 18th Jan myself and my 4 children went in to McDonald's to have lunch since 19th my self and all 4 of children have been extremely poorly being sick, diarrhea stomach cramps we have never had this problem before in other McDonald's we have eaten in I also have a child that is dairy free and he has also had a nasty reaction my self and oldest daughter had big mac meal also a I had a double cheese burger with 2 caramel frappe 3 youngest children had chicken nugget happy meal and a cheese burger happy meal | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
