I had a Mc Chicken Sandwich on Saturday and started to feel unwell with stomach cramps about 4 hours after eating it. The cramping continued into the night where I also started to feel and then be sick and have diarrhoea. It continued to get worse and continuously violently sick all night with extreme stomach pain where I couldn’t leave the toilet. It has now been 48 hours and although I have stopped being sick I still have diarrhea and a constant feeling of sick and stomach pains. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea
