It was around 9 on New Years eve. We stopped by after picking up our pastors daughter to stay the night with our daughter. The crew cutting up and playful but it was something quick and easy. I was the only one out of the 5 of us to get a quarter pounder. After we ate (i didn't finish it all) we shot fireworks and went to bed. The next morning i had a fever that stayed over 100 for the whole day and bad cramps. Urgent care was closed for New Years day. I slept most of the day and couldn't really get out of bed. We assumed it was the flue or strep. After the 24hr mark hit about 9:00 the violent vomiting and water diarrhea started (sometimes at the same time). When i got to bile it was miserable. I slept on the bathroom floor until the times between episodes slowed. We called and let McDonald's know what had happened and they offered free food. My wife quickly declined the offer and just made it known to them of the incident. It was absolutely miserable. I am almost 44 hours in and just getting to where i can hold much of anything down. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Bile
