I went to McDonald's on September 10th and I had a mcdouble around 6pm. A few hours later I got very nauseous and started having diarrhea around 9 pm. At first I thought it was a stomach virus, but I was having horrible explosive diarrhea and that first day I literally went to the bathroom over 20 times just overnight. I couldn't sleep because of the stabbing pains in my upper stomach and the fact I was going to the bathroom every couple minutes. It was unlike any "stomach virus" I ever had and it wasn't until I started bleeding rectally because I was going too much that I decided it had to be something worse so I went to the Dr. and sure enough he said it wasn't a virus but it was bacterial and that I had eaten something bad and gave me antibiotics. It's been 9 days now and the diarrhea stopped but the stabbing pains came back today so if it continues I might have to go back to the Dr | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
