Ordered a McChicken meal from the McDonalds at HiLITE mall in kozhikode. After a few hours, I was met with nausea, massive back and stomach pain and diarrhea. The chicken looked a bit discoloured anyway. Didn't expect a poor service from McDonalds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
